Tom joined our firm in August of 2023. Prior to joining our firm, Tom was a San Diego Police Officer for 34 years. He was a patrol officer in Central, Western, Southern, and Eastern Divisions and also worked in the Training Division. Tom had several collateral duties including Field Training Officer, SWAT officer and Community Relations Officer.
Tom served for 20 years as a Director on the Board of the San Diego Police Officers Association in the capacity of Secretary, Treasurer, and Vice President. Tom was a legal representative for 25 years and served on the legal committee as a member and as Chair. Prior to becoming a police officer, Tom served in the US Army as a Military Police officer.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys riding his motorcycle, live music, and home projects. Tom grew up in the city of Chicago as an avid Chicago sports fan and a die-hard Cubs fan.
