Claudia joined the firm in July 2013. As our legal administrative assistant, she is responsible for finalizing court filings, pleadings, discovery, as well as maintaining our client files and records. She is also responsible for the SDPOA and DSA employee representative programs as she screens members in need of representation and assigns their cases to respective employee representatives.
Claudia comes to us with six years of prior experience as a Legal Assistant both at the County level, having worked at the Department of Child Support Services, and also in the private sector, having worked at an Immigration Law firm. Her heritage has come to play a great roll in her career as she has also been able to serve as a bilingual interpreter. Her past experience also includes working with various government agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and U.S. Consulates worldwide.
